Sarah Steers joined Comlux as Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading high-impact people strategies. She is recognized for designing innovative compensation programs, driving culture transformation, and aligning talent initiatives with business performance.

Prior to Comlux, Sarah spent four years with the championship-winning Chip Ganassi Racing organization, where she led human resources and talent development strategies supporting multiple elite teams across the United States and Germany. She also served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at Escalade Sports, overseeing the people function across multiple countries and three continents.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held senior HR leadership roles at StandardAero, where she developed deep expertise in aviation, manufacturing, and global workforce management.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus in Human Resources, as well as a Master of Business Administration.
