By combining design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and certification within one controlled environment, we ensure quality, compliance, and precision at every stage of the completion journey.
GREEN AIRCRAFT DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the green aircraft at our facility, Comlux initiates a detailed intake inspection to verify configuration, documentation, and baseline condition. This ensures the platform is ready for engineering, modification, and completion activities.
CONCEPT & DESIGN
Our award-winning design team collaborates with the client to develop a unique cabin concept that reflect their lifestyle and operational needs. From mood boards to 3D renderings, every element—materials, lighting, and layout—is customized to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
ENGINEERING & CERTIFICATION
The design is transformed into a certifiable technical package by our in-house engineering and certification teams. Using advanced CAD modeling and stress analysis, we ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, and other applicable regulatory standards while optimizing performance and weight.
PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING
Our craftsmen and technicians bring the design to life within our state-of- the-art completion center. Interior monuments, cabinetry, upholstery, and systems are manufactured in-house, ensuring precision, quality control, and seamless integration with aircraft systems.
INSTALLATION & SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Cabin components are installed and integrated with avionics, environmental, and entertainment systems. Our multidisciplinary teams ensure perfect alignment, system functionality, and compliance with all airworthiness standards.
TESTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Comprehensive ground and flight testing validate every function of the completed aircraft. From lighting to connectivity and acoustics, our quality assurance program guarantees that all systems meet Comlux’s exacting standards of performance and reliability.
CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
Clients are invited to perform detailed inspections and acceptance reviews throughout the process. We ensure every aspect from materials to cabin ergonomics-meets expectations before final sign-off and certification release.
DELIVERY AND ENTRY INTO SERVICE
Upon completion and certification, the aircraft is delivered to the client in pristine condition. Our delivery team coordinates final documentation, regulatory approvals, and operational support to ensure a smooth transition into service.
