Eric Cabezas brings over 18 years of financial leadership across aviation, banking, and M&A with a proven ability to scale complex organizations and execute strategic transactions. Prior to joining Comlux America, he spent six years at Wheels Up — a Delta Air Lines–backed, on-demand private aviation leader — most recently as SVP of Finance and Interim CFO. In that role, he was instrumental in scaling the company to a billion-dollar enterprise, executing its initial public offering, and driving a fleet transformation.

Throughout his career, he has held senior finance roles at both public and private companies, where he led strategic finance and FP&A functions at pivotal stages of growth. His career foundation in M&A advisory at KPMG and investment banking equipped him with deep expertise in corporate transactions and financial strategy.

Mr. Cabezas holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
